Our naturally delicious Tanglewood Farms whole and semi-boneless Poussin have been raised on a special diet that results in a plump, meaty bird at a very young age. These birds are raised to our very high growing standards. No hormones, antibiotics, growth stimulants, chemicals, or other artificial or unnatural ingredients are given to our poussin, and they are fed only a natural vegetable diet. Strict attention to food safety and operational sanitation applies to our processing and packaging procedures, and our unique temperature and humidity controlled aging process produces a moist and tender meat.
